Abstract: The article substantiates the transition to the intelligent maintenance of drives of mining machines based on their technical state on the basis of diagnostic methods instead of the preventive maintenance system (PMS). The expediency of using the method of reference spectral masks as a crite-rion for evaluating the state of reducers in terms of vibration parameters is shown. Results of diagnostics of a condition of reducers of a drive of the conveyor in industrial conditions on set of diagnostic signs taking into ac-count parameters of lubricating oil, vibration and temperature are resulted. The use of an integrated approach to assessing the technical condition al-lows to increase the reliability of the forecast, which allows not only to prevent emergency failures, to exclude unplanned downtime, but also to bring a significant economic effect by optimizing the terms and volumes of repair work.
