Abstract: In recent decades, as well as in the medium term, quarry road transport is the prevailing mode of transportation, which is facilitated by a significant variety of models and brands of quarry dump trucks of various load capacities. This paper examines technical solutions for cargo platforms (bodies) of mining dump trucks as an object of intellectual property identified during patent research on the state of the art under the project "Development of high-tech production of autonomous mining dump trucks with a lifting capacity of 240 tons with a domestic traction drive for operation in an open-source digital mining system". The relevance of the study lies in the need to improve the efficiency of operation of cargo platforms (bodies) of mining dump trucks, which are subject to significant loads, wear and tear and the problem of rock mass sticking during operation. 21 technical solutions for cargo platforms (bodies) of mining dump trucks are considered. A brief analysis of the obtained patent search results is performed. The results of this analysis allow to evaluate the existing schematic and constructive solutions, to propose new approaches to design and to outline prerequisites for the development of new engineering solutions.
